Uma delas é o pedido dos usuários do transporte público que solicitavam um ponto de ônibus próximo ao posto Malerba. Tendo em vista a grande demanda de pessoas que esperavam o transporte, o ônibus parava irregularmente em cima da faixa de pedestres, colocando em risco pedestres e passageiros.
Localizado na Rua Pedro V. Azevedo, sentido centro, o novo ponto já está atendendo a população, com área de solo demarcada para parada do ônibus e placa de sinalização. A faixa para travessia de pedestres próxima ao novo ponto também foi revitalizada. Para pessoas com deficiência e mobilidade reduzida, foram implantadas passagens acessíveis, tanto no canteiro central como para acesso a praça e calçadas.
